This year we were blessed with nice weather, and good skiing conditions. Aside from a wardrobe malfunction, leading to a broken rib or two (ouch) for Justin, we all had our share of slalom runs, tubing and barbecues on or around the lake.
One of our new member families, Kirby's, came out and enjoyed the island. They even brought a weed whacker to trim up the island. (How come we as a group haven't done this earlier ?) Thanks to the Kirby's for showing enthusiasm and appreciation for our island, and, once again, welcome to our ski club.
